These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 89PKR. Creating or attempting to create an account while under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. 89PKR conducts age verification checks and may request identity documents at any point. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned to the payment source.
One account per member: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 89PKR account. If you already hold an account, you must not create a second account under any circumstances — including using different personal details, email addresses or payment methods. 89PKR uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonuses forfeited.
Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89PKR login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 89PKR will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC): 89PKR may request copies of identity documents — such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or proof of address — before processing withdrawal requests or when required by our compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Withdrawal policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 89PKR does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
Verification before withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 89PKR may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending document review for first-time withdrawal requests or following significant account activity. This process is typically completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.
Deposit limits: 89PKR does not impose mandatory deposit limits beyond the minimums stated above, but members are strongly encouraged to use the voluntary deposit limit tools available in account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. A dormant account administration fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to any remaining balance after this period. Affected members will be notified via email before any fee is deducted.
89PKR offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Welcome bonus: The 89PKR first deposit welcome bonus offers a percentage match on a member's initial qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount and qualifying deposit minimum are as specified on the promotion page at the time of registration.
Wagering requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports betting and live casino games typically contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
Abuse of bonuses: 89PKR reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse bonus credits if it determines that a member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing equal and opposite bets to meet wagering requirements without risk ("bonus farming"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonuses may not be available to members who have previously self-excluded or applied cooling-off periods. This is consistent with our responsible gaming commitments and is in the best interests of those members.
All bets placed on 89PKR are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market and competition concerned. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.
Bet placement: A bet is only accepted and confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification from 89PKR including a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive this confirmation should be considered unplaced. 89PKR is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the member's end.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet stake is Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, competition and account tier. 89PKR reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on any individual market or account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances:
In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay of up to five seconds. 89PKR reserves the right to refuse or void in-play bets that were placed after a material event (such as a wicket, goal or penalty) has occurred but before the live feed has reflected that event.
PSL-specific rules: For Pakistan Super League markets, all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to weather-affected matches as per PCB regulations.
89PKR offers a range of live casino games including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack, operated via certified live studio providers. Virtual sports games are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) technology.

Abusive, threatening or inappropriate language directed at dealers or other players will result in chat restrictions and may lead to account suspension.
Currency: All live casino and virtual sports bets at 89PKR are placed and settled in PKR without conversion. The minimum bet per round varies by game table and is displayed clearly on the game interface before you place your stake.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 89PKR and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero tolerance policy: 89PKR operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing and any form of sports manipulation. All suspicious betting patterns are monitored and reported to relevant sporting bodies where required. Winnings derived from irregular betting activity will be withheld pending investigation.
89PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Funds on suspension: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, full access will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, 89PKR may withhold funds equivalent to any losses caused by the violation or to any illegitimately obtained balance.
Voluntary closure: You may close your 89PKR account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification. Pending bonus amounts will be removed at the time of closure.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 89PKR shall not be liable for:
89PKR's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in that member's real-money account at the time the cause of action arose. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits 89PKR's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
89PKR may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, applicable regulations or business operations. When we make material changes, we will notify existing members by email to their registered address and via a notification displayed when logging into the 89PKR platform.
Non-material changes — such as minor clarifications of existing policy language — may be made without separate notification and will be reflected in the updated version of this document with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page.
Your continued use of 89PKR after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
